After a certain point businesses have to regroup in order to run smoothly, and because of this, most large business have at least one operations department. Some departments to look into include human resources, scheduling, and information technology. Think “jobs that help the company run smoothly”.
You’ll need a bachelor’s degree for most jobs in operations, along with good problem-solving skills, a cool head under stress, and communications skills.
