The main jobs in the mobile business are in design or development, often for a product that is available for mobile or a mobile product that serves as an extension of the main product/website. Some positions to look for include:
Non-technical positions at a mobile company range from marketing to customer support to copywriting, all of which can be suitable for a few grad with the right experience.
If you want to get into iOS development, get to know Objective-C like the back of your hand. Same with Java if you want to get into Android development. Then go build something. Your portfolio will make you stand out more than any bachelor’s degree (though a degree won’t hurt).
