Looking for an entry level job or internship in rotation program? This is an overview of how to approach the search and a list of companies that might have relevant entry level and internship opportunities.

A rotation program is a temporary full-time position designed for recent grads. Such a program typically ranges in length from six months to two years. In a rotation program you work in one department or on one project, then switch to another department or project every few months until the rotation program is complete. By doing this you get to explore a variety of departments, make connections with people doing different things, and see whether a certain kind of work is for you without a long-term commitment.

You can find rotation programs (also known as leadership development or trainee programs, just to name a couple) in many industries, but they’re most common in large companies. Since rotation programs are designed for recent grads, you need a bachelor’s degree. Experience gained through internships is also helpful.
