Located in the northeastern United States, New Hampshire’s historical focus on manufacturing still plays a role (albeit a smaller one) in the state’s economy. The state’s largest cities are Manchester, Nashua, and Concord.

New Hampshire’s largest industries are trade, transportation, and utilities, followed by education and health services. The large cities serve as the economic centers of the state, with Manchester, the largest city, leading the way as a business-friendly place.

New Hampshire’s agricultural outputs include dairy products, cattle, apples, and eggs. The state manufactures machinery, electrical equipment, and rubber and plastic products. Tourism is also a big industry in some areas.
