Looking for an entry level job or internship in manual labor? This is an overview of how to approach the search and a list of companies that might have relevant entry level and internship opportunities.

If you like getting active and getting your hands dirty at work, you should think about doing some manual labor.

A lot of jobs in manual labor are outside. The types of jobs you can do vary widely; a small sample of them include:

Park and Trail Maintenance
Electrician
Welder
Facilities Maintenance
Construction Worker
Beekeeper
Farmer

Most of these jobs don’t require a degree and some don’t require much experience, just a willingness to dig in and get the job done no matter what.
