Today we’re finally finished revisiting for-profit entry level jobs, and tomorrow and Sunday we’ll wrap up the non-profits. Hopefully the hundreds of companies that we’ve revisited have provided a little help as you search for your first job. In case you missed the previous posts in this series, here they are: Part 1, Part 2, Part 3, Part 4, Part 5, Part 6, Part 7, Part 1 of non-profits and Part 2 of non-profits.
Point Carbon: There are some Sales Executive and Analyst positions that might be worth looking at.
Kurt Salmon Associates: KSA does most of their recruiting on campus, but you can also fill out a general application.
Bazaarvoice: They look like a great place to work, and they have a ton of job openings that are suitable for new grads.
Live Nation: They have almost 70 jobs posted, and quite a few look to be entry level.
Fitbit: They still only have an e-mail address listed that you can use to inquire about jobs.
Tocquigny: They only have one job available right now, and it’s definitely not entry level.
GoodGuide: GoodGuide is looking for a Software Engineer, a Systems Engineer, a Release Project/Program Manager, and a Health Scientist. There are no descriptions, so it’s impossible to tell which of these jobs are entry level.
Southwest Airlines: There are some Agent and Analyst jobs that might be worth looking at for new grads.
Ignite Social Media: They’re looking for an Account Manager and an Interactive Designer.
National Society of Leadership and Success: They have job openings for new grads in Intern Recruitment and Inside Sales.
Visde: No news on job openings from Visde, but you can still apply.
SlideShare: Job openings with SlideShare include Operations Engineer, Web Application Developer, Backend Software Engineer, and Content & Community Manager.
Tishman Speyer: Their Analyst Program still looks like it’s the way to go.
Fuse Marketing: None of their job openings scream entry level, but they still might be worth checking out.
Causecast: They have job openings for a Drupal Wizard and an Executive Assistant.
AnswerLab: They’re not hiring right now.
HubSpot: This online marketing company has a ton of jobs, and quite a few of them look well suited to new grads.
Major League Baseball: Both MLB and MLB Teams are cutting staff from what I’ve heard, but MLB.com still appears to have some entry level openings.
Levy Restaurants: There’s one HR Assistant job, but there’s not much other than that.
Rolls-Royce: Don’t mess with Rolls-Royce’s online job search system, just e-mail them like we told you to do in the original post.
Rent Marketer: Rent Marketer has a couple Software Development job opportunities as well as an Account Specialist position.
Hallmark: Hallmark’s Careers site is impossibly slow and hard to navigate. Hopefully you’ll have better luck finding jobs on it than we do.
Chitika: It looks like they have one position in Publisher Recruitment, but we’re not sure how up to date it is.
Veson Nautical: They have a couple Software Development jobs that seem like good fits for new grads.
MWW Group: There’s one job in Health Care PR and another in Web Development at MWW.
Garmin: There are 17 jobs available with Garmin, but only a few of them seem suitable for entry level candidates.
Tapulous: More Software Development jobs at Tapulous. They’re especially interested in people who are Cocoa pros.
Red Ventures: They have job opportunities available in Marketing, Sales, Web Development, SEO, and Business Analysis that seem like they might be worth considering for new grads.
ATA Engineering: ATA has some serious Engineering jobs available for new grads.
Decagon Devices: They have one job in Sales that looks to be perfect for a new grad, and there’s a Food Physicist position for someone with a PhD.
Herman Miller: There aren’t many jobs available at Herman Miller, and none look to be entry level.
MediaVest: MediaVest has a new Careers site. They now identify jobs as entry level, and these include Connections Jr. Associate, Junior Analyst – Digital, and Junior Associate.
Chumby: Chumby isn’t hiring right now.
Liggett Stashower: E-mail is the way to go when applying at Liggett Stashower. You can find all of the info in the original post.
Shmoop: They’re looking for a PHP or Python “Rock Star.”
Zipcar: They have quite a few Street Team jobs in addition to a couple of jobs on the Software/Web side.
TRUSTe: They’re not hiring at the entry level right now.
CME Group: They’ve moved their Careers page, and it has quite a few jobs posted. The Analyst positions look most promising for new grads.
TechCrunch: They’re looking for a Ruby Developer.
Scribd: Current job openings at Scribd include Content Manger, Flash Engineer, and Back-End Rails Engineer.
