Two competing marketing campaigns that combined for more a billion dollars in ad spend just came to an end (and the result was maintenance of the status quo). Some would say that any money spent on advertising is wasted, but as someone who makes a living off of advertising, I disagree strongly. I’ll take a wager that the folks at Direct Agents are on my side. Direct Agents is a New York, NY based “digital marketing agency specializing in performance-based digital solutions including lead generation, email marketing, search engine marketing and Facebook advertising.” They must be doing a good job, as they’ve more than doubled their revenue since 2007 (to $34.3 million).

Be Direct

Direct Agents’ focus on performance marketing means that they serve a certain subset of clients–mostly companies that are in industries with high customer lifetime values. If you look at Direct Agents’ client list, you’ll see names that go along with that theme like Groupon, ADT, DirecTV, and LendingTree, but you’ll also see Disney, Fandango, and Samsung. Once you read through some of the case studies, you should have a much better idea of what kind of value Direct Agents is able to provide for their clients. If you’re excited by the kind of work that Direct Agents does, take a look at their current job openings. Right now they’re looking for an SEM Analyst, Business Development Associate, and Media Planner.
