This is truly revolutionary. Never has a market for labor operated so freely and efficiently. I can have someone half a world away complete a project for me while I sleep, and they can do it for a fantastic price. That in itself is amazing, but what’s even more impressive is that Elance has built a community where you can actually count on the quality and reliability of the freelancers that you hire. If you’re as amazed by this development as I am, then you will want to take a look at jobs at Elance (their jobs, not the jobs posted on their site). Right now they’re looking for an Account Representative to work with their customers and help them better use Elance. And if you don’t end up working for Elance, you can always use them to find some project or hourly work along the way.
