Hey, it might not be life saving, but everyone (ok, some people) love silly ringtones. That’s not all they do though, Fli Digital is a web software development agency on Long Island that looks like a pretty fun place to work.

Fli Digital calls themselves a web software development agency, but they also seem to have a very strong focus on beautiful, functional design. They’ve separated themselves from other similar agencies by making mobile platforms a big part of what they do; in fact, Fli Digital has a separate site for its Fresh Mobile Platform with a blog and a jobs page. They’ve put together an impressive list of case studies, and are clearly proud to show off their work. We also have to add that we really love Fli Digital’s favicon (the little icon that shows up in the address bar).

Fli Digital looks like a really cool place to work. Their office looks nice, they’re totally entry-level friendly, and they offer revenue based incentives. What’s even cooler is that they occasionally offer random “thank you” bonuses like free iPhones for all employees. If this sounds like a place where you want to work, then you should look at Fli Digital’s Jobs page which has 2 current openings listed. They are both prime for new college grads – one is as a Marketing / Account Manager and the other is for a Talented Web Developer / Architect. The job descriptions are excellent and easy to read. Fli Digital puts talent over experience, so don’t worry about being an entry-level noob, as long as you’re good. Applying online looks pretty easy, so don’t hesitate. Fli Digital is located in Hauppauge, NY, which is on Long Island (for some this is a plus, for others it’s not).

They Get It!

Fli Digital has done an awesome job of integrating job opportunities on their site. It’s extremely easy to navigate. If we had to nitpick, we’d say that they should link to the Employment page from the home page (and not just for the internship opportunity they have) and make sure that they SEO their employment page to come up first for “Fli Digital jobs.” Other than that, they’ve got it down.
