Rhode Island may be the smallest state, but it provides lots of industries for a recent grad. Its largest cities are Providence, Warwick, Cranston, and Pawtucket.

Health and education services make up the largest industry in Rhode Island by a large margin, with trade, transportation, and utilities coming in second. Manufacturing has historically made up a large part of Rhode Island’s industry; it still does make up a large part, but not as large as in the past. Tourism is also a large industry in Rhode Island, particularly in the coastal areas.

Some companies based in Rhode Island include CVS, Hasbro, Citizens Financial Group, and Textron.
