Hi Willy, I used to work at Great Place to Work Institute. I visited Triage and got to meet with the senior leadership and employees. Great Place to Work examines orgs thoroughly. If an org is on the list, they have outstanding senior management. Triage has outstanding senior management, and that makes all the difference in your job. Especially for entry level workers because if your boss is treated well by their boss, etc., then they will in turn pass on that treatment to you. I also know that at Triage they travel a lot to client sites around the country but they try to make it easy on you by allowing you to fly out a friend and also have you go in teams so you're not all alone in the midwest. Their mission is also compelling - they help hospitals turn around their finances so they can provide services to communities that need them. Maybe that, in fact, would be the best reason to go for a job there.
