Your perception about us mostly hiring senior level talent is right on target but we have created 2 new entry level positions that we are looking to fill. We want applicants to poke around our site and get to know us. If they read our bios and use a little wit and creativity when they fill out the job form, they usually will get a quick callback for an interview. I'm not in charge of the hiring part, but I will definitely pass along your comments about the difficulty you had finding info on the job. While we don't always have a position open right away, we are always on the lookout for good talent. We tend to hire former journalists for media relations positions, and former marcom managers at companies for account managers. But mostly we're looking for intelligent, dedicated people who are fun to be around and have outside interests (as you probably saw from our team page). We have some pretty ambitious financial goals for the next year, and the only way we'll be able to reach them is by expanding the team. We tend to hire former journalists for media relations positions, and former marcom managers at companies for account managers. But mostly we’re looking for intelligent, dedicated people who are fun to be around and have outside interests (as you probably saw from our team page).
