Since it is still a fairly small company, you get the opportunity to work on a variety of projects that have a wide range of focus. I worked there for 9 months and it was a great opportunity to give me the experience and exposure to move to a larger company. RV routinely promotes from within so even a sales job is a great opportunity to move into a corporate position because you have the hands-on experience to understand customer requirements and operations.
