Whoever is in charge of this dept. is a slave driver-takes credits for the creatives idea and doesnt give it where due- they get paid lousy wages and driven to non-stop overtime (without pay of course) there is little flexability at all...of course-it could boil down to a lousy boss or whatever-but you'd think Mattel would notice that their turnover was worse than a cheap bordello....If you see their ad (and most creatives in this area have) RUN! Stand-up company, treat employees well, even in this economy, even during controversies can communicate with employees effectively. And who wouldn't want to make toys??
