As a knighted employee owner, I would also like to add that we have won the Best Place to Work in Vermont award for 3 consecutive years. That is based mainly on the employee feed back. It really is a great place to work.It feels like family. The fact that all of those jobs would put you in near proximity to the test kitchen, isn't too shabby either. There are days when we may have 5-10 different brownies to tast test. It's a tough job, but somebody has to do it..... Great blog!
