I worked for Great Place to Work Institute for nearly seven years and the only reason I left was because I relocated to another part of the state. I can honestly say it was an exceptional
workplace, one where we did walk the talk. No company is perfect, but after leaving and now working for a very large, well-known research firm, I realize how great of a workplace it really was. Most importantly, I was, and to this day still am, very passionate about their mission.
