Happy New Year! We’re still finishing up our recap of a year’s worth of entry level jobs, but we’ll be back to featuring a new company every day on Monday. Our New Year’s Resolution is to help you make yours happen. That’s why our online job search training course is now just days away from launching. We’re still offering a serious discount and early enrollment (and a free copy of Jason Seiden’s book) for those who sign up to learn more about it, so get on the list before you have to pay full price. After you do that, be sure to check out our past recaps – Part 1, Part 2, Part 3, Part 4, Part 5, Part 6, Part 1 of non-profits and Part 2 of non-profits.

uShip: This online shipping marketplace is looking for new grads who can help them with Web Development and Strategy, Reporting, and Analytics.

I Can Has Cheezburger?: There’s one Software Testing job, otherwise you can’t has job.

Masten Space Systems: There doesn’t appear to be anything entry level with Masten.

Sugar Inc.: Sugar has a new Jobs page, and an Ad Traffic Coordinator that looks well suited to new grads.

Brunswick: There are a couple Software Engineering jobs available. If those aren’t up your alley, then you may want to look at Brunswick’s College Recruiting program.

Ruder Finn: The deadline for Ruder Finn’s Summer 2009 Executive Trainee Program is February 13th.

Arena Football League Teams: Arena Football is out of business for the year, so we’ll make a wager that they’re not hiring.

Future US: There’s nothing entry level in your future at Future US.

Exponent: Most of Exponent’s “entry level” jobs require a Master’s Degree. They do have dozens of jobs listed right now, so you might be able to find something that you’re qualified for.

Glam Media: There are no job openings with Glam right now.

DailyCandy: We already put one reader into an Ad Traffic Coordinator job at DailyCandy, and she got promoted. It’s time for you to take her old job.

Pinch Media: Pinch Media is always looking for great iPhone/Software Developers.

thunder::tech: I got a holiday card from thunder::tech for this post. How cool is that? They have job openings for Marketing Account Coordinators and Search Engine Specialists.

Menlo Innovations: Menlo’s job postings are one of a kind. They have 4 opportunities posted right now, and it’s hard to tell which can be deemed entry level. Your best bet is to give them a look.

Converseon: They don’t have any jobs posted, but they’d love to hear from you.

Glacéau: They have 39 jobs posted, but none of them really look to be entry level. You might still want to look them over though.

Mzinga: They have quite a few entry level jobs that are perfect for new grads who love social media.

10gen: Current job opportunities with 10gen that might interest new grads include Technology Evangelist, Technical Writer, Software Engineer, and Professional Services Engineer.

archer>malmo: Their Jobs page has moved, but I don’t see anything entry level.

Viximo: There’s one Server Engineer job at Viximo that might interest some of you.

Vanu: There are a few Software Engineering jobs available.

Edible Arrangements: There are job openings at Edible Arrangements locations all across the country, but none at their corporate office.

Stetson: They don’t list jobs, so you’ll have to cold call.

Federated Media Publishing: There’s one Accounting position that might be suitable for a new grad.

Zynga: They’ve moved their Jobs page, but Zynga still has a ton of great jobs listed in Design, Engineering, and Business.

Meebo: Same as above – Design, Engineering, and Business.

Swift Kick: I don’t know if they’re hiring again, but it wouldn’t hurt to ask.

What’s your New Year’s Resolution?

We’ll have a special New Year’s Eve post for you tomorrow, but today the recapping continues. In case you missed them, here are Part 1, Part 2, Part 3, Part 4, Part 5, Part 1 of non-profits and Part 2 of non-profits of our end of the year recap.

Yelp: Whenever I’m going out to eat, I use Yelp to check out the options. Right now their job options for new grads include Account Executive, Marketing Assistant, and Software Engineer.

Great Place to Work Institute: You should still listen to their recommendations on where to work, but working for them isn’t going to happen right now – unless you try cold calling.

Jones Soda Co.: There are no job openings with Jones Soda Co.

Keystone Strategy: Keystone has Analyst and Consultant positions that you might want to check out.

Echo Global Logistics: Echo appears to have entry level opportunities in Business Development, Account Management, IT, and Software Development.

Realization: I just realized that Realization moved their Jobs page. Unfortunately, it doesn’t include any entry level listings.

Bridgewater Associates: Our post on Bridgewater has generated a flood of comments – check them out before applying. They typically recruit new grads for their Investment Associate, Management Associate, Software Developer, Operations Associate, and Portfolio Accounting programs.

Emergen-C: Emergen-C didn’t stop my cold, but maybe you can work for them as a Lab Technician and help develop something a little more effective.

Pixar: You shouldn’t have any trouble finding Pixar’s entry level job listings. There are a couple of opportunities posted that start in Summer of 2009.

Evernote: Evernote’s software makes a great job search tool, and maybe you can use it to land a job in User Experience or Web Design.

Faction Media: It doesn’t look like Faction is hiring right now.

ReliableRemodeler.com: There’s nothing right now with Reliable Remodeler.

Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises: LEYE has a ton of jobs available in their restaurants; however, getting into their Management Program might be easier if you take an internship first.

Radio Flyer: Hop on the wagon and get a job in Product Development at Radio Flyer.

Phantom Fireworks: Although New Year’s Eve is a big time for fireworks, Phantom isn’t hiring right now.

ZURB: Zurb is looking for a Junior Designer and a Web Developer.

Mixbook: I just ordered a Mixbook for my Dad for Christmas, and it looks great. You can help Mixbook look great as a Front End or UI Developer. They also need someone who can work on the back end.

Plurk: I don’t think Plurk stands any chance against Twitter anymore, but they are still hiring Community Evangelists, System Admins, and Software Developers.

Penguin Group: Penguin has 7 Assistant jobs posted in a variety of areas – Administrative, Design, Education Marketing, HR, Marketing, Publicity, and Publicity/Marketing.

Laserfiche: It still looks like there are still a ton of entry level opportunities available at Laserfiche.

Aeros Corporation: There are some Engineering jobs at Aeros that might interest new grads.

McMurry: There don’t appear to be any entry level jobs with McMurry right now.

SmugMug: They need a CSS Zen Master, which sounds like an awesome opportunity for an entry level web developer who loves photography.

L’Occitane: There don’t appear to be any entry level jobs with L’Occitane right now.

Fiji Water: No jobs with Fiji right now.

Pepperjam: Pepperjam doesn’t have any jobs listed, but they do seem pretty open to cold calling.

Ford Models: You can always apply to be a model, or you can cold call them about other job opportunities.

NHL Teams: There actually aren’t too many entry level jobs available with NHL Teams right now. Usually there are a good number, but you should still be able to find a few.

hip consulting group: Read the original post for the scoop on how to get an entry level job with hip.

Lund and Company Invention: Lund doesn’t really post jobs online, but that doesn’t mean that you shouldn’t apply.

Ready for New Year’s Eve?

Party City: Although Accounting and Payroll may not sound like a party to most, these are the only opportunities available with Party City right now.

Christie’s: There’s one Administrator/Sale Coordinator in the Interiors Auction Division available.

Pella: There’s one Department Manger job that is identified as being part of their College Recruiting efforts, but other than that there’s not much.

FreshDirect: There’s one Inside Sales job, but everything else looks pretty stale.

Crocs: Crocs’ Careers page is broken, which means that you get an error whenever you try to look at a job description.

CNET Networks: CNET has jobs in Sales (Account Coordinator) and Software Development for new grads.

AVP: It doesn’t look like the AVP has updated their job listings in a while.

Equinox: Equinox has a ton of jobs all over the country.

Twitter: Although Twitter’s jobs aren’t what most would consider entry level, they’re worth a look because of how exciting of a company Twitter is right now.

Trendstop: Trendstop has moved their Jobs page, but you won’t find any real entry level jobs there. On the other hand, if you want to be a Reseller or a Freelance Trend Spotter, then give it a look.

Intelligent Optical Systems: No job listings – just an e-mail address to send your resume to.

Weber-Stephen: Unfortunately the job of Grill Master in Chief is taken, but if you want to work in Customer Service, they might have something for you.

Viget Labs: Viget has one Front End Developer job available that might be suitable for a new grad, although they want someone with 2 years of post-grad work experience.

Zappos.com: Zappos recently went through some layoffs, but they still seem to be hiring on the Software Development side.

Astadia: There don’t appear to be any entry level jobs with Astadia right now, but they do accept applications for unlisted positions.

Corporate Ink Public Relations: Corporate Ink is small, and it doesn’t look like they’re hiring right now, but you can still send them a note to see if there might be mutual interest.

Armstrong White: They look like a really cool company to work for, but they’re not hiring. They do have an “always interested in” section for people with certain skillsets.

JiWire: JiWire isn’t hiring right now.

CastTV: They have one opening for a Software Engineer. That’s it.

Hello: Hello is not saying goodbye to job seekers during the downturn. They have a number of job openings for those of you with web development or design skills.

Clear: Guess you won’t be in the Clear, because they’re not hiring right now.

Epocrates: There are 7 jobs available with Epocrates right now, but none of them look to be right for new college grads.

Fli Digital: They’re looking for Web Developers and iPhone Developers.

MindShare: They have Associate level jobs in Exchange Planning, National TV, Digital, Finance. They look like great opportunities for new grads.

Ziba Design: The jobs posted on Ziba’s site look pretty stale, and they’re not entry level anyway.

The fun continues tomorrow!

Yesterday’s revisiting of non-profits didn’t turn up many jobs, and I’m afraid that today is going to be more of the same. Here are links to Part 1, Part 2, Part 3, Part 4, and Part 1 of non-profits of our end of the year recap.

PlayPumps International: We can’t seem to access the PlayPumps International site right now, but they don’t typically list jobs anyway. If they do have jobs, they are usually based in Africa.

New York Botanical Garden: Right now there are some jobs at the NYBG in Development, Group Tours, and Gardening.

American Museum of Natural History: A lot of the jobs at the AMNH require graduate degrees, but there are a couple jobs that might be suitable for undergraduates.

Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center: MSKCC must be hiring considering one of our readers recently posted a comment that she got a job with them after reading this post. The best way to go about getting a job is to go through their college recruiting process.

Trout Unlimited: There aren’t any job openings with TU right now.

Institute of International Education: Although they have a ton of job openings, even the Coordinator level jobs require a couple of years of experience.

American Enterprise Institute for Public Policy Research: There don’t seem to be any entry level jobs available with AEI right now.

National Wildlife Federation: There’s a Grassroots Online Coordinator position that looks well suited to new grads, but beyond that most of the jobs require significant work experience.

United States Golf Association: Keep work and play separate because there aren’t any entry level jobs with the USGA right now.

Easter Seals: Most jobs with Easter Seals are at the local level and separated into five categories – Camping and Recreation, Professional, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, and Speech-Language Pathology. There are a ton of jobs, and plenty look to be entry level.

Nonprofit Finance Fund: There are 5 jobs listed on NFF’s website, but they all require significant work experience.

Poets & Writers: They’re not hiring right now, but if they were, we’d expect your application to be in Haiku form – just kidding.

Common Core: There was a Research Assistant position posted on Idealist a month ago, but the deadline seems to have passed.

Wilderness Inquiry: There are both indoor and outdoor jobs with Wilderness Inquiry that look like they should intrigue new college grads.

PBS: They have 37 jobs listed, and a good number of them appear to be entry level.

Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum : There is one Development Coordinator job that looks like it might be considered entry level, and there are always Customer Service positions available if you want a job that rocks.

New York Structural Biology Center : There are a couple Technician positions for new grads who have a background in Biological Sciences.

World Vision: Most of the jobs at World Vision are Senior level, but there is a Flash Developer job that might be entry level for the right person.

Common Threads: They don’t post job openings, but you can apply for a job through their contact form.

The Open Planning Project: TOPP has entry level job opportunities for Web Designers and Software Developers.

Inner-City Arts: They’re looking for Instructors in Visual and Performing Arts – especially in Animation and Dance.

Crittenton Women’s Union: There are some House Staff positions on Idealist, but they were posted a few months ago.

Chicago Botanic Garden: There’s nothing, unless you’re qualified to be a VP.

Internationals Network for Public Schools: There are quite a few teaching jobs with Internationals Network for Public Schools.

Carnegie Corporation of New York: They have one Senior level job posted.

Conservation International: They have Coordinator level positions in Finance, Community and Membership, Accounts Receivable, and Web & Learning Systems

StreetSquash: They’ll be posting jobs for 2009-2010 soon, but right now everything is filled.

National Foundation for Teaching Entrepreneurship: NFTE doesn’t appear to be hiring much beyond a couple administrative positions.

The results from today’s post reinforce my feeling that the job market in the non-profit world is tighter than in the for-profit world. What do you think?

I hope that you got everything that you wanted for Christmas, but I’ll guess that you probably didn’t find a shiny new entry level job under the tree. Our soon to be released job search training course is almost as good, and someone can actually legitimately give it to you as a gift. We won’t be giving it to you as a present (your parents can do that), but here’s another recap of current opportunities with companies that we’ve featured in the past. In case you missed them, here are links to Part 1, Part 2, and Part 3 of our end of the year recap.

Shamrock Boats: There’s even less information about jobs with Shamrock Boats than there was when we first posted about them.

Federal Reserve Board: Although the Fed seems to do most of their entry level hiring through college recruiting in the Fall, they still appear to have a ton of Analyst jobs available for new grads. The current economic conditions mean a lot of work for the Fed, so it’s good to know that they’re hiring.

Xenith: The manufacturer of high-tech football helmets doesn’t have any job openings, but they still would love to hear from you if you’re interested in a job with them.

CBSSports.com: Finding open jobs with CBSSports.com is a hassle – they direct you to another site that doesn’t even appear to have their jobs listed. We recommend that you just try cold calling/e-mailing your resume.

Just Born Quality Confections: The maker of Marshmallow Peeps has a new Careers page, but only one job listed. It’s an Assistant Brand Manager position, which, unfortunately, requires three years of experience.

YardBarker: There aren’t any job openings posted on YardBarker’s site, but they do invite you to send a resume.

Moosejaw: They’ve moved their Jobs page, and they don’t have any typical jobs posted, but if you want to model for them, they’d love to hear from you.

Gilt Groupe: This has been our most popular post in terms of comments (maybe because we’re giving away free invites). There must be a lot of interest in their jobs too, though. Current entry level opportunities include Interaction & Usability Designer, Merchandise Assistant, and Merchandise Product Coordinator.

American Express: They’re finally getting their act together when it comes to their online college recruiting presence. The user experience has certainly improved – it’s now easy to see which positions they fill with entry level hires.

Targetcast tcm.: No jobs listed, you’ll have to send your resume to the e-mail address listed.

Clif Bar & Company: There are a couple of Sales jobs that will provide you with all of the Clif Bars that you can eat.

Motley Fool: There are three foolish jobs available that might interest new grads – Writer/Analyst, Community Analyst, and Front End Web Developer.

Burt’s Bees: Maybe the reason they make such great lip balm is because they hire such experienced people. No entry level jobs right now.

PBwiki: Finding entry level jobs with PBwiki is still as easy as making a peanut butter sandwich. They have opportunities in Web Design and Sales.

PostWorks: PA/Client Services, Junior Avid Engineer, and Scheduler are just a few of the entry level jobs that you can get at PostWorks to break into the world of production.

Standard Style Boutique: It’s not clear that they have open positions, but Standard Style lists a ton of areas in which you can submit a resume.

Etsy: Etsy looks like a very cool place to work, and is a very cool place to buy unique stuff. They have quite a few jobs that might appeal to new grads, but you need to have a web/tech background.

Google: The word is that Google has cut back on hiring, and their campus recruiting schedule is over. It’s probably not the best time to get into the Googleplex, but they do still have quite a few jobs posted.

Cheezhead: I doubt that the Cheez is hiring right now. Although, he’s certainly been putting his new hire to work. She’s blogging up a storm.

Mars & Co.: Nothing seems to have changed when it comes to the hiring process at Mars & Co.

Orvis: There are no job openings at Orvis’ corporate headquarter in Vermont, nor in their Service Center in Virginia.

Cannondale Associates: The college recruiting process with Cannondale seems to be exactly the same as it was when we last checked in.

Gallup: Gallup isn’t in the news every day now that the election is over; however, they haven’t used the free time to make it easier to find entry level jobs. Their Campus Recruiting Site is still excellent, but it dumps you into the regular job listings eventually. It’s up to you to browse through the 98 openings for something that is of interest to you.

Mina Group: Mina Group actually lists jobs online now, so you should be able to find some interesting opportunities in their restaurants.

Digg: Digg is still growing fast and hiring lots of people with web backgrounds.

Sun Microsystems: A quick search for entry level jobs on Sun’s site turns up 80 results, so you should have a lot of options there.

Vineyard Vines: I wore a Vineyard Vines tie to church on Christmas, and maybe you can design the one I wear next year. They have an entry level apparel design opportunity as well as one in graphic design.

DailyLit: For all of you who love reading, but are fine with doing it on the screen, there are jobs as an Editorial Assistant and Software Developer available with DailyLit.

Rumsey Engineers: Rumsey’s current job openings look to be geared towards people with more experience, but they still might be worth looking at if you’re an engineer with an interest in energy efficiency.

CustomInk: CustomInk isn’t hiring right now.

Recapping non-profits tomorrow!

Merry Christmas Eve! We’re going to continue revisiting companies that we’ve featured in the past today, but tomorrow we’ll take a break for a special Christmas themed post. In case you missed them, here are links to Part 1 and Part 2 of our end of the year recap.

NFL Teams: The Cincinnati Bengals are hiring a Sales Executive, the San Francisco 49ers are looking for Account Executives in Ticket Services and Ticket Sales, and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers are looking for a Stadium Club Sales Representative. These aren’t by definition entry level jobs, but they don’t require much experience.

BAE Systems: BAE Systems has a new job search site that allows you to search for jobs for new college grads. There are hundreds of results from all over the country, so have at it.

Facebook: Everybody’s favorite social networking site continues to grow, and they keep hiring top entry level talent. They have quite a few job openings for new grads, although most require strong technical skills.

Fox News: If you’re taking a “fair and balanced” approach to your job search, then you’ll appreciate that Fox News is looking for a Yield Analyst, a Web Page Producer, a Quality Assurance Analyst, an Ad Traffic Coordinator, a Staff Accountant, a Digital Business Development Coordinator, and has even more entry level opportunities available.

ESPN: They still have some major usability issues with their Jobs site, and it’s not clear how to get into their Production Assistant Training program; however, there are 69 job openings and some of them can certainly be considered entry level. One example is the Statistics Associate I position.

Wegmans: Gotta start in retail if you want to make it to the top at Wegmans.

ProFlowers: ProFlowers has job opportunities for new college grads that include Production Scheduler, Product Photographer, Customer Service Associate, and Search Engine Marketing Manager.

OpenTable: Reserve a job for yourself with OpenTable as a Field Operations Specialist, Accounts Receivable Coordinator, or Sales Representative.

eHarmony: The only job with eHarmony that might be compatible with new grads is a UK based Marketing Communications Writer position.

Tiffany & Co.: Nothing at Tiffany stands out as a great entry level opportunity, but they do have ~50 jobs for you to browse.

Bliss: A job in Customer Service is the only way that you can find your Bliss.

Current: The online tv station is very entry level friendly and has a number of jobs listed, but just make sure that ManBearPig doesn’t get you.

Dash: Dash has been laying off, which explains why they don’t have any jobs listed right now.

Honda R&D: Despite posting their first loss in a long time, Honda’s R&D arm is still hiring lots of Engineering grads.

Nutricate: They probably don’t publish it on receipts, but Nutricate is hiring software developers.

Bag Borrow or Steal: There are some Customer Care jobs, but that’s it.

Tech Image: Don’t mess around looking for a job listing, they’re more than willing to speak with new grads who have an interest in PR.

Animal Replacement Technologies: Submit a resume and see what happens. They don’t have any job listings.

Navigant Consulting: If Navigant isn’t visiting your campus, use their North American Campus Portal to search for jobs (there are quite a few).

LeapFrog: There’s one Software Engineer position with this educational toy company. Other than that everything is at the Senior or Director level.

GotVMail: The most promising jobs for new grads are in SEO and Affiliate Management, but they require strong relevant knowledge.

CarMax: This nationwide car dealer does most of their recruiting on campus, but you can apply for their entry level hiring programs in IT, Accounting/Finance, or Strategy/Analysis by e-mail if they don’t visit your school.

NASA: Reading our original post is still the best way to navigate NASA’s hiring process – it’s pretty complicated.

AngelVision Technologies: The listings are exactly the same as when we first featured them.

Amerikal: Although they have specific job postings, they never change. I guess they’re always looking.

Draftfcb: Job listings on Draftfcb’s website are completely inconsistent – some are just a title, while others are quite in-depth. There may be a few opportunities for new grads, but most of their listings are higher level.

DigitalGlobe: There’s one Production Technician job, but that’s it.

Fog Creek Software: They always seem to be looking for Software Developers, and they look like an amazing place to work.

Carnegie Learning: If you have a passion for education, but don’t want to teach, you can go into Software Development or Inside Sales with Carnegie Learning.

Pi Media: Cold calling is the way to go if you want to work for Pi Media.

I can’t wait for Christmas! How about you?

Today we’re going to continue revisiting the entry level jobs that we’ve covered over the past 14 months. If you missed Part 1 of the series, you can find it here.

NORAD: Tracking Santa would be fun, but NORAD is shrouded in secrecy, so you’ll have a heck of a time finding out how to land a job with them. You can’t just knock on the door of the hidden compound built into the side of Cheyenne Mountain and ask for a job.

WowWee: The maker of insanely cool toys has a new Careers page, but no job listings. They’d still love to have you send them a resume and cover letter though.

23andMe: “Genetics just got personal,” and 23andme is the reason why. They have 7 main business areas – Business Development, Engineering, Finance and Administration, Marketing, Operations, Product, and Science – and they have entry level openings in most of them.

Redfin: The online realtor went through a round of layoffs back in October, so it’s hard to say how serious they are about the positions that they have listed. Still, their Jobs page shows that they’re looking for Contract Field Agents and a Marketing Analyst/Writer.

American Apparel: I keep hearing more and more creepy stuff about American Apparel’s CEO Dov Charney, so if you want to work for them, find the jobs on your own at your own risk.

Martinelli’s: No job openings with this manufacturer of delicious sparkling cider.

Mint: Since we first covered Mint, they’ve grown a lot. They keep making their personal financial management software better, and their jobs still look awesome. They have a new Jobs site that includes opportunities in Web and Software Development as well as an opening for a Community Manager.

AdMob: I see ads from AdMob’s network all over my iPhone apps, so I bet that they’re doing well. They have 20+ job openings listed, and quite a few look like they could be suitable for new grads.

Better World Books: Pickings are slim in terms of jobs at Better World Books right now, but if you’re looking to do good and buy a book at the same time, they’re still the place to go.

Tesla Motors: Tesla continues to make a name for itself as the high-end manufacturer of electric cars. Most of their jobs require significant experience, but there are a few opportunities for new engineering grads.

jetBlue Airways: There are still a ton of jobs at jetBlue, and they’re all over the place (literally and figuratively). Your best bet is to browse their job listings and see what interests you, because there isn’t much consistency from job to job.

BasePoint Analytics: If you want to be a sleuth who uncovers fraud mysteries, then you better e-mail BasePoint Analytics and tell them why they should hire you, because they don’t list job openings on their site.

RapLeaf: Your online reputation is more and more important, and RapLeaf tries to put a number on it. They always seem to be looking for top flight software engineers, and they’re always offering referral bonuses. If you apply for a job with RapLeaf, please tell them that we sent you.

Ask Sunday: I’m not sure whether personal outsourcing will take a hit in a down economy, but don’t set your hopes on working for Ask Sunday. They don’t even have a Jobs page anymore!

Mercury Mambo: Mambo finally has a Jobs page! Although they don’t list specific opportunities, you can fill out an application and send it to them for consideration.

The Weather Channel: Ugh! They still have music on their Careers page, and they only have jobs in Sales now. That’s bad news for all of you aspiring weatherpeople.

MLB Trade Rumors: MLBTR doesn’t hire often, but they actually just posted a call for holiday help.

Apple: There are 26 jobs opportunities on Apple’s list of entry level jobs. Not bad.

Associated Press: It doesn’t look like the AP has anything for new college grads right now. Times are tough in the news industry.

Elgato Systems: Elgato seems to have added a Careers page again, and it lists two jobs – Ruby on Rails Developer and Mac QA Engineer.

Thrillist: I enjoy getting Thrillist’s Chicago e-mails every day, but they don’t have much in the way of jobs for new grads. Everything is either an internship or requires a decent amount of experience.

Bear Naked: It doesn’t look like Bear Naked has started posting jobs online yet, but you can still send a resume.

Squidoo: Seth Godin probably has his hands full teaching his Alternative MBA class, so I doubt Squidoo is hiring right now.

Freedom-2: Hopefully you heard about Freedom-2 before you got that tattoo. They do have 2 jobs listed on their new Careers page, and the Web Development job looks to be entry level, but it was originally posted in June. Hmmm.

Nanosolar: Apparently solar energy is still a good industry to be in, because Nanosolar is hiring lots of people in their Research and Engineering departments.

Organic Valley: There aren’t as many jobs listed with Organic Valley as there were in the past, but there are quite a few options for new college grads with an agricultural background.

woot!: Woot’s job postings are still hilarious, and they still have some great opportunities for new grads in Web Design, Software Development, and Buying.

Automattic: I love WordPress, and Automattic makes WordPress, so I love them too. They’re looking for Code Wranglers, System Wranglers, and Happiness Engineers. Everyone at Automattic works remotely, but they’re still one of the coolest places to work.

Blackboard: Course management is of new interest to me, as I’ll be teaching an online course soon. However, Blackboard shouldn’t be that interesting to you, because most of their jobs are at the Senior level.

Netflix: There are close to 100 job openings with Netflix right now (maybe their business does better when unemployment goes up), so you should be able to find some interesting entry level listings if you look hard enough.

More tomorrow!

With the end of the year almost upon us, I thought it would be a good idea to spend the next two weeks revisiting the companies that we’ve featured over the past fourteen months. It should give us a good idea of what the economy looks like for new college grads who are job searching, and it will also give me some more time to put the final touches on the job search training course that Jason Seiden and I are working on (have I told you about it yet?). If you can’t wait for the next two weeks of posts, you can always visit our entry level job archives and use the links at the end of each post to navigate your way to each company’s job listings.

InsideTrack: There are 2 each of Success Coach and Enrollment Coach positions in Portland, OR. All of the jobs were posted on December 8th.

Iconoculture: There are Cultural Fluent positions in Turkey and Mexico. These aren’t full time jobs, but they’re a cool thing to do if you’re living abroad.

WildCharge: WildCharge doesn’t have any current job openings.

Gorilla Nation Media: Gorilla Nation appears to be doing well, as they are currently looking for entry level Associate Sales Planners in New York, Chicago, and Los Angeles, as well as an Ad Operations Specialist in Los Angeles.

GEICO: GEICO’s Careers site now allows you to search only for entry level jobs, and we count 97 available opportunities. People still need insurance in a recession.

WET Design: Their list of current job opportunities is the same as it was more than a year ago. They clearly haven’t updated it, so you’ll have to contact them to get the scoop on what’s really available.

J.P. Franzen Associates Architects: My Dad’s probably not hiring, but you can give him a shout if you’re a top architecture grad. He’d love to hear from you.

Ryan Partnership: They still don’t include descriptions with their job listings, but there are a ton of openings that may or may not be outdated – especially on the Account side. It’s hard to tell which ones can be considered entry level, so you’ll have to reach out to Ryan Partnership to find out.

Plimoth Plantation and Colonial Williamsburg: It looks like meager times at Plimoth Plantation and Colonial Williamsburg. I don’t see much that would be of interest to a new grad, but you can always try to be a part of the living history museum.

Amazon.com: Everything at Amazon listed on their entry level jobs page appears to be geared to grads with a background in software development.

LECG: LECG has changed the location of their job listings; however, they still have a number of Research Analyst positions that are perfect for new grads who want to get into a global expert services consulting firm.

CNN: It’s still nearly impossible to figure out how to apply to the Video Journalist program, and from what I’ve heard, CNN is currently under a hiring freeze. Despite that fact, there are 1,089 jobs listed on Time Warner’s jobs site (most aren’t entry level). I’m not sure what to make of it, but I couldn’t find any Video Journalist program job listings.

IDEO: IDEO has revamped their Careers site, and it looks great. They usually look for people with significant depth of experience, but there are a couple openings that might be worth looking at, especially if you have great design skills.

Zillow.com: Zillow’s Jobs page doesn’t render properly for me, but it does show that they are still looking to hire people in User Experience, Sales, and Software Development. Zillow did layoff people in October, so the lack of attention to design of their Jobs page may be representative of the fact that they’ve been neglecting it for a reason.

Under Armour: The apparel manufacturer actually appears to be doing well. They have jobs that can be considered entry level in Design, Product Development, Accounting, Investor Relations, and more. They’re also looking for models!

Nintendo: The Wii is still selling like crazy, so it’s no big surprise that Nintendo has 45 jobs listed. Still, many of the jobs are contract jobs or at the senior level. There are some web design, user experience, and software development positions that may be suitable for new grads, though.

Random House: The major publisher starts accepting applications for their entry level Associates Program on January 1st. They also have jobs available for new grads in Editorial, Sales, Merchandising, e-Books, AR/Collections, and Project Leadership.

Federal Reserve Bank of New York: The New York Fed is as busy as ever right now, and they’re looking for Research Associates, Rotational Analysts, and Business Support Analysts

Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts: The best way to get a job at a Four Seasons Hotel and Resort is still to contact the individual location where you’d like to work. They also seem willing to speak with new college graduates about their career plans.

The Doneger Group: There are no jobs available at The Doneger Group.

Insitu: Insitu still has quite a few job openings for new engineering grads.

Burton: There are quite a few jobs available with the snowboard manufacturer, but most of them seem to require 3+ years of experience.

US Forest Service: The USFS has 408 job openings now, and they had 405 job openings back in April, so the economy hasn’t affected them yet. I’m not going to look through all of the jobs, but I can guarantee that many can be considered entry level.

Ogilvy: Although it’s impossible to know because they don’t list specific job openings, this big name ad agency probably isn’t the easiest place to get a job right now.

Ning: This company allows you to build your own social networks, and they have a ton of job openings. Most are on the Software Development side, but there are a few options for entry level designers or marketers (advocates).

Insomniac Games: There are jobs all over the place at Insomniac Games. Whether you are an artist, animator, designer, or software developer, they’re worth checking out.

Hydra: There are 4 job openings at Hydra, and all appear to be entry level – Affiliate Manager, Office Assistant, Jr. Linux/UNIX Sys Admin, PHP Programmer, and Account Executive.

Pinkberry: Although more Pinkberry competitors have arrived on the scene lately, Pinkberry hasn’t changed their ways. They still only list an e-mail address for job inquiries.

Domini Social Investments: There are no current job openings at Domini Social Investments.

RehabCare: Healthcare is probably one of the safest places to be right now, and RehabCare is all about healthcare. They’re also all about entry-level hiring! They even have a a blog just for college recruiting. You should be able to find plenty of openings if you have a background in occupational therapy, physical rehabilitation, physical therapy, or speech language pathology.

See, things aren’t as bad as you thought they were. Are they?

This is our final revisiting post for a while. Hopefully you found the series useful, and if you missed any of the previous posts, you can find them here (Day 1, Day 2, Day 3, Day 4, Day 5, and Non-Profit Day 1). We’re still working on rolling out some tweeks that will make navigating our posts about entry-level jobs a lot easier, so watch our blog in the next few days for more information on what changes we’ve made.

Harlem RBI: We keep seeing commercials on tv for RBI with Dontrelle Willis, so they’re really pushing the program. Right now the only entry-level jobs that they have are as Summer Teachers.

Dogs for the Deaf: There’s nothing listed right now, but sending them a resume could be worthwhile.

Sylvan Beach Foundation: They seem to be a small organization, and they don’t appear to be hiring anymore.

National Trust for Historic Preservation: The National Trust has quite a few job openings, but we couldn’t find anything entry-level at the moment.

The New Teacher Project: TNTP is great a top entry-level employer, and they’re great about listing jobs and making them easy to find. They have quite a few positions, and they’re located all across the country.

Northwest Service Academy: Quite a few of the jobs that we mentioned in our original post are still open, as well as some new listings. These are great jobs for lovers of the outdoors.

American Association of Zoos & Aquariums: This isn’t a single employer, but a group of job listings for all member zoos and aquariums. That means that there are a ton of jobs, many of which might be well suited to new college grads.

Wikimedia Foundation: There are 3 job openings at Wikimedia right now, but none of them are anywhere near entry-level.

Punxsutawney Groundhog Club: Nothing has changed here. It was just a fun post anyways.

USA Football: There are no jobs listed, but cold calling may be worth a shot.

Minds Matter: We found out about the opportunities at Minds Matter from an e-mail. They don’t list jobs on their website, so we don’t know if they’re still hiring.

Gapminder: We wrote about Gapminder because we thought they were really cool, not because we knew about specific job opportunities. They don’t seem like they’re looking to hire, but you never know.

Heldref Publications: They have 3 positions listed right now, and all could be possibilities for new grads who are interested in publishing.

Creative Commons: All they have right now is an Accountant position, and it looks like it requires experience.

PlayPumps International: They don’t list jobs, and from what we hear, most of their jobs are in Africa. You’re going to have to try cold calling here.

New York Botanical Garden: There are quite a few opportunities here. They include: Design Production Specialist, Community Horticulturist, Assistant to the Buyer, Botanical Garden Aide, and more.

American Museum of Natural History: They have a few Assistant positions open, as well as a Web Developer job, that might be right for new college grads.

Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center: They accept applications through their college recruiting program, so you don’t need to worry about specific job openings here.

Trout Unlimited: TU is not currently hiring.

Institute of International Education: There is still a Program Associate position open here, but that’s it at the entry-level.

American Enterprise Institute for Public Policy Research: Many of the jobs that are currently listed at AEI are entry-level, and it’s easy to identify them on the jobs page.

National Wildlife Federation: Most of the jobs that are listed are the same as when we first featured them. There’s not too much in the way of entry-level jobs.

That’s the end of our week of recaps. We’ve covered up until March 19th, because we figured anything that we posted over the last month or so probably doesn’t need to be revisited. Let us know in the comments if you enjoyed these posts, so that we know whether to do it again.

For some reason our daily e-mail didn’t get sent by Feedburner yesterday. We have absolutely no idea why, but we apologize. We hope they’ll include yesterday’s post in today’s e-mail.

Save Our Wild Salmon: They have two pretty cool jobs that require little or no experience – Lower Snake Re-Creation Coordinator (which is a Fellowship Position) and Road Show Organizer (which includes the responsibility driving around a van with a 25′ fabricated salmon on it). If these don’t work for you, at the very least, eat wild salmon.

Cool Culture: It doesn’t look like Cool Culture has any full-time job openings right now.

Ithaka: They do consulting in higher education, and they’re looking for an entry-level Research Analyst.

Best Buddies: There are quite a few openings at Best Buddies, including Webmaster, Program Manager (Multiple), and Online Development Coordinator.

Living Lands and Waters: No specific openings are listed here, but you can apply to join their team and lead volunteers in cleaning up the country’s waterways.

College Summit: They have a great entry-level jobs page, which shows that they’re hiring Operations Associates, Workshop Support Coordinators, and Financial Coordinators.

New York City Teaching Fellows: NYCTF does have a mid-year program; however, they haven’t posted any information on it yet. They follow a strict schedule for hiring, so register on their website to be notified when the process for next year begins.

Calvert Foundation: This community investment organization is looking to hire new grads for their Community Investment Partners Associate, Junior Accountant, and Giving Fund Associate positions.

Americans for the Arts: There’s not much here right now. The Webmaster job might be a possibility.

YAI/NIPD: There are all kinds of jobs with YAI/NIPD that will allow you to enrich the lives of people with disabilities.

KaBOOM!: This organization builds playgrounds across the country, and they’re hiring new college grads as Associate Project Managers.

One Laptop Per Child: OLPC is offering some great jobs in software development that are highly technical, but could be considered entry-level.

KickStart International: The deadlines for most of the current listings at KickStart have passed. You should check their jobs page in a few weeks to see if they list anything new.

SEED Foundation: There are quite a few teaching jobs, as well as a few other positions. Education in education is important if you don’t have experience.

As you can, there are still myriad entry-level jobs available in the non-profit sector!

This is it in terms of revisiting the for profit companies (here’s Day 1, Day 2, Day 3, and Day 4 in case you missed them). Tomorrow and Sunday we’ll be looking at the non-profit side of things. We’re still working on cleaning up all of our previous posts about entry-level jobs, but we should be done with that by Monday. We’re continuously surprised by the number of jobs that are still out there, so have at it!

Bliss: It seems like Bliss always needs Licensed Estheticians and Sales Freelancers, but a job as a Copywriter at Bliss is pretty sweet. The standards must be high considering the quality of their copy.

Current: There are still a ton of entry-level jobs at this online media outlet.

Dash: They’ve definitely expanded their hiring since we featured them. Possibilities for new grads include Marketing Evangelist, Technical Support, Manager of Customer Loyalty, Web Application Engineer and Service Operations Analyst.

Honda R&D: The auto manufacturer is still hiring plenty of new engineering graduates.

Nutricate: They still don’t list jobs, so you’ll have to cold call this one.

Bag Borrow or Steal: The only opening for new grads right now is as a Web Designer.

Tech Image: Don’t mess around looking for a job listing, they’re more than willing to speak with new grads who have an interest in PR.

Animal Replacement Technologies: Submit a resume and see what happens. They don’t have any job listings.

Navigant Consulting: They have one position as an Energy Consultant open. They’ve completely redesigned their website, so we’re working on cleaning up broken links in the post.

LeapFrog: Associate Licensing Manager and Curriculum Specialist look like the best fits for entry-level candidates right now.

GotVMail: There are some interesting openings in software development as well as in HR.

CarMax: They have a set program for entry-level hiring, but we’re not sure what their timeline is. Not much has changed.

NASA: Reading our original post is still the best way to navigate NASA’s hiring process.

AngelVision Technologies: The listings are exactly the same as when we first featured them.

Amerikal: They don’t list job openings on their site, so you’re going to have to try cold calling.

Draftfcb: We’re pretty sure that they hire at the entry-level, but all of their listings seem to be for mid-level or senior positions. You can just e-mail a resume and see what happens.

DigitalGlobe: The only position that stood out to us as entry-level is as a Space Vehicle Operator. Sounds pretty neat.

Fog Creek Software: The job openings that are listed are the same, but we’d be surprised if Fog Creek hasn’t already filled them.

Carnegie Learning: The only current openings for new grads are in software development.

Pi Media: We were celebrating Pi Day here, so we were more focused on the holiday than the jobs. Still, there are no specific listings, but cold calling is worth a shot.

That’s it! We’ll revisit all of these employers again in another few months.

We’re still working really hard on cleaning up our archives of entry-level jobs and revisiting employers. In case you missed Day 1, Day 2, and Day 3, there are still an amazing number of entry-level jobs out there. If you notice some new things around here, sit tight and we’ll explain when we’ve completed the changes. There won’t be anything earth shattering, but we’re doing our best to make sure that our old postings remain useful for college job searchers and that our new posts address some of the recommendations that you all have submitted.

Thrillist: Thrillist is hiring new grads in Ad Sales, Software Development, and Editorial.

Bear Naked: Still no job listings, but feel free to send a resume.

Squidoo: Seth Godin doesn’t need any more help right now, but we’ll let you know when he does.

Freedom-2: No jobs listed, but they’d like to hear from people who have backgrounds in Quality Control, Manufacturing, and Product Development.

Nanosolar: If you’re into alternative energy, a position as a Junior Design Engineer, Test Engineer, or Formulations Engineer at Nanosoloar could be pretty cool.

Organic Valley: Their listings aren’t very specific, but there appear to be quite a few entry-level openings in Marketing, Accounting, Human Resources, Agriculture / Farm Related, and Production Scheduling.

woot!: Woot’s job postings are still hilarious, and they still have some great opportunities for new grads in Web Design, Software Development, and Inventroy.

Automattic: They keep cranking out amazing software releases, but they haven’t updated their job postings. Maybe they haven’t hired anyone yet, or maybe they’ve been too busy with WordPress 2.5 to bother updating.

Blackboard: Despite having a lot of jobs listed, only the Associate Project Manager position looks right for new grads. We could have missed a few, so look for yourself if you’re a Blackboard addict.

Netflix: Lots of jobs at Netflix, but there’s not much at the entry-level. They do allow general applications.

NFL Teams: We couldn’t find anything except a couple Sales positions that require previous sales experience.

BAE Systems: It’s easy to search for jobs for new grads at BAE, unfortunately no results turn up. It seems like they hold to a campus recruiting schedule for their entry-level hiring.

Facebook: It looks like Facebook still has a ton of openings for new grads. They’re not as focused on years of experience as they are on functional skills. Take a good look at the job descriptions and make sure you’re qualified, because Facebook is way more selective than you are when it comes to accepting friend requests.

Fox News: There are a ton of jobs that are perfect for new grads, especially in Advertising, Production, and Research.

ESPN: There are over 200 job openings at ESPN, plenty of them require no previous work experience. You’ll have to browse through them to see what appeals to you.

Wegmans: To get anywhere with our favorite grocery store, you’re going to have to start in one of their retail locations.

ProFlowers: There’s a Quality Assurance Content Tester position. That’s it.

OpenTable: Make yourself a reservation for an entry-level job in Marketing, Client Relations, or Technical Support at OpenTable.

eHarmony: There are a couple Analyst positions and a Social Networking Manager job. None of them are clearly for new grads, but you might still be compatible.

Tiffany & Co.: There are a ton of a new job listings here. Many of them are in Sales, but there are a few that will put that college degree to use.

In case you missed them, here are Round #1 and Round #2 of our updates on entry-level jobs at companies that we’ve already featured. We have two more days of revisiting for profit companies, and then we’ll spend the weekend looking at non-profit companies. Here we go…

NORAD: This was our Christmas Eve post, since NORAD is known for tracking Santa. Their jobs are still as hidden as their compound in Cheyenne Mountain.

WowWee: There are no current job openings at WowWee. You can always try cold calling/e-mailing them.

23andMe: They actually have more entry-level appropriate jobs than when we first wrote about them. There are positions in User Interface/Experience, Science Writing, and Customer Liaisons.

Redfin: Redfin doesn’t post specific job openings for new grads, but they have a great college recruiting program. It’s definitely worth sending a resume if one of their entry-level positions inspires you.

American Apparel: There are still quite a few entry-level jobs at American Apparel, although the more we hear about the CEO, the less we think that they’re a good place for a new college graduate to work.

Martinelli’s: There are no job openings on their site, and they say that they don’t want resumes unless they’re for a specific job opening.

Mint: A lot of cool web jobs – web development, user experience, blog management, and viral marketing.

AdMob: There are quite a few software development jobs for new college grads at AdMob.

Better World Books: We love Better World Books, and we’re even partnering with them to bring you some great job search related reading recommendations. They have openings for a Purchasing Manager and a Management Trainee in Operations.

Tesla Motors: Most jobs at Tesla are in Engineering and require experience, but there are a few that might be a good fit for the right entry-level candidate.

jetBlue Airways: There are quite a few jobs at jetBlue, and they’re all over the place (literally and figuratively). You’re going to have to use the search function to see what they have that fits your interests.

BasePoint Analytics: BasePoint doesn’t list specific openings, so you’ll have to apply generally and see what happens.

RapLeaf: They’re still looking for top flight software engineers and systems engineers. If you apply, tell them we sent you, because we’ll get a really nice referral bonus.

Ask Sunday: It looks like Ask Sunday’s job openings are entry-level, but they actually might be beneath most new college grads. It’s really hard to tell from the sparse descriptions.

Mercury Mambo: They use Craigslist more than they use their own website, but they do hire at the entry-level from time to time. Submitting a general application is certainly worthwhile.

The Weather Channel: Ugh! They still have music on their Careers page, but at least they also still have entry-level jobs in meteorology and advertising sales.

MLB Trade Rumors: This was a one shot deal. MLB Trade Rumors is still growing really well, but we don’t think they’ll be hiring again any time soon. But, who knows?

Apple: There are tons of entry-level jobs at Apple, and they’re really easy to find on their Careers site.

Associated Press: There are still all kinds of job openings in journalism with the AP, many of them are perfect for new grads. Be sure to read our post for tips on how to navigate their Careers site.

Elgato Systems: Elgato finally added a jobs page, and actually have an opening in Macintosh Technical Support that would be a great fit for many new grads. Another Update: since we posted this a day ago, Elgato Systems has removed their jobs page. We guess it’s like the Room of Requirement and only appears when its needed.

Nintendo: There are a few open positions that might appeal to college students, but there’s not much considering that they have 55 job openings.

Random House: They have a full on entry-level hiring program which they fill on an as needed basis. There are still plenty of jobs for new grads, especially as Editorial Assistants. There are also a few entry-level Analyst positions.

Federal Reserve Bank of New York: The New York Fed is still hiring Research Associates.

Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts: The best way to get a job at a Four Seasons Hotel and Resort is still to contact the individual location where you’d like to work. They also seem willing to speak with new college graduates about their career plans.

The Doneger Group: Jobs at The Doneger Group are a hot commodity, but right now there doesn’t appear anything remotely appropriate for new college grads.

Insitu: Insitu’s jobs typically require specific technical experience, but there are a handful of jobs that should be appropriate for Engineering students who are about to graduate.

Burton: Snowboarding probably isn’t on your mind at this time of year, but a job at Burton is still a possibility. There’s a User Support Analyst position that might interest you, and you can always work as a Temporary Production Worker while you give your future further consideration.

US Forest Service: There are 405 job openings with the USFS, many of which are great fits for new grads. Make sure that you read our original post, because navigating the USFS Jobs site is a bit tricky.

Ogilvy: They don’t list job openings, so the only way to find out if they have anything for you is to apply.

Ning: There are positions in Advocacy, Design, Software Development, and Operations. Ning seems really open to hiring great people regardless of experience.

Insomniac Games: One of our favorites of the companies that we’ve featured, Insomniac Games still has some great entry-level jobs for the gamers out there.

Hydra: Current entry-level openings at Hydra include Affiliate Coordinator, Production Graphic Designer, and PHP Programmer.

Pinkberry: Nothing has changed – the only way to find out about jobs at Pinkberry is to e-mail them. Judging from the number of people who find our site looking for Pinkberry jobs, there’s a lot of competition for whatever openings they do have.

Domini Social Investments: There are two Research Associate positions that are perfect for new college grads. One is general, and the other is in Asia-Pacific Equities.

RehabCare: They’re huge on entry-level hiring! They even have a a blog just for college recruiting. You should be able to find plenty of openings if you have a background in occupational therapy, physical rehabilitation, physical therapy, or speech language pathology.

Besides revisiting past employers, we’re working on a few behind the scenes changes that should make it easier for you to browse our archives. You should start seeing changes in the next few days!

We’re still finding tons of great entry-level jobs for those of you who are in the process of figuring out what you’re doing after graduation, but we’ve decided to take a slightly different approach to our postings for this week. Instead of telling you about one new company every day, we’re going to go back in our archives and revisit many of the companies that we’ve already featured. We’re going to tell you who is still hiring new grads, and who isn’t. We’re also going to clean up any broken links on old posts, and make some other improvements in the way our job archives are organized.

Hopefully you’ll like this idea, but if you think it’s stupid, let us know in the comments. If most of you just want to hear about new companies, then we’ll be more than happy to do less revisiting, and more new research.

InsideTrack: They still have positions as Success Coaches and Enrollment Coaches. These were posted as recently as April 1st.

Iconoculture: They have positions as Cultural Fluents in China, India, Italy, Indonesia, and Canada. These aren’t full time jobs, but they’re a cool thing to do if you’re living abroad.

WildCharge: WildCharge still isn’t listing specific jobs; however, they are interested in Mechanical Engineers, Electrical Engineers, and Program managers for their Boulder, CO office. They also are always looking for Product managers and Business development managers for their Scottsdale, AZ office.

Gorilla Nation Media: Gorilla Nation is still growing and still hiring. Right now they have these positions open: Human Resources Coordinator, PHP Developer, Online Ad Trafficker, and Python Developer.

GEICO: GEICO continues to make great commercials and continues hiring at the entry-level. We’re disappointed to see that they’ve gotten rid of the best part of their Jobs site – the little green EL icons next to their entry-level positions. That is a bummer, but their College Recruiting page is still excellent, and it will feed you right into the appropriate job openings.

WET Design: They still have the same list of current job opportunities that they did when we featured them, so that means that they probably don’t update it. This is a really cool company for engineers and design students, so it’s worth taking a look at anyways.

J.P. Franzen Associates Architects: I just had to do a post for my Dad’s company when things were just getting started. He’s not sure if he’s still hiring, but if you’re a star architecture student, he’d definitely be interested in hearing from you.

Ryan Partnership: There appear to be a ton of openings, although we’re not sure how up to date they are. The best bet still seems to be e-mailing Ryan Partnership and letting them know that you’re a soon to be grad who is looking for a job in Marketing.

Plimoth Plantation and Colonial Williamsburg: This was not an entirely serious post, as it was published on Thanksgiving Day; however, these types of jobs still might interest a few of you. Plimoth Plantation doesn’t appear to have any “Living History” jobs open, but Colonial Williamsburg has quite a few.

Amazon.com: Amazon has quite a few openings in their entry-level hiring programs. Areas include: Human Resources, Area Management, and Software Development.

LECG: They’re a unique consulting firm, with a heavy emphasis on research. They’re hiring a ton of Research Analysts right now.

CNN: New Video Journalist positions have been posted as recently as April 10th, but CNN’s job search site is still a pain in the butt to use. It wouldn’t even work with Safari.

IDEO: They were never huge on entry-level hiring, but they do offer quite a few internships. Judging from what we know about IDEO, these internships are probably good choices for a new grad. You can also look around and see if you can meet any of the requirements for the full time job openings. They’re not the types to turn you down because of what is or isn’t on your resume.

Zillow.com: Most of their current openings require experience, but a software development star might be able to find a good fit.

Under Armour: None of their opening scream entry-level at us, as most of them require at least a few years of experience. If you absolutely love Sports Apparel, take a look at their openings and see if there’s anything that you can talk your way into.

That’s it for today, we’ll be revisiting more companies tomorrow!
