This is it! We’re finally done revisiting hundreds of companies and organizations and their entry level jobs. One key takeaway that I’ve discovered is that there are still a lot of companies out there that are hiring entry level talent; however, the non-profit sector seems to be hit much harder by the economic downturn. Hopefully this series of posts has helped you with your job search. Here are links to the rest of the posts: Part 1, Part 2, Part 3, Part 4, Part 5, Part 6, Part 7, Part 8, Part 1 of non-profits, Part 2 of non-profits, and Part 3 of non-profits.

Happy New Year! We’re still finishing up our recap of a year’s worth of entry level jobs, but we’ll be back to featuring a new company every day on Monday. Our New Year’s Resolution is to help you make yours happen. That’s why our online job search training course is now just days away from launching. We’re still offering a serious discount and early enrollment (and a free copy of Jason Seiden’s book) for those who sign up to learn more about it, so get on the list before you have to pay full price. After you do that, be sure to check out our past recaps – Part 1, Part 2, Part 3, Part 4, Part 5, Part 6, Part 1 of non-profits and Part 2 of non-profits.

Yesterday’s revisiting of non-profits didn’t turn up many jobs, and I’m afraid that today is going to be more of the same. Here are links to Part 1, Part 2, Part 3, Part 4, and Part 1 of non-profits of our end of the year recap.

I hope that you got everything that you wanted for Christmas, but I’ll guess that you probably didn’t find a shiny new entry level job under the tree. Our soon to be released job search training course is almost as good, and someone can actually legitimately give it to you as a gift. We won’t be giving it to you as a present (your parents can do that), but here’s another recap of current opportunities with companies that we’ve featured in the past. In case you missed them, here are links to Part 1, Part 2, and Part 3 of our end of the year recap.

With the end of the year almost upon us, I thought it would be a good idea to spend the next two weeks revisiting the companies that we’ve featured over the past fourteen months. It should give us a good idea of what the economy looks like for new college grads who are job searching, and it will also give me some more time to put the final touches on the job search training course that Jason Seiden and I are working on (have I told you about it yet?). If you can’t wait for the next two weeks of posts, you can always visit our entry level job archives and use the links at the end of each post to navigate your way to each company’s job listings.

This is our final revisiting post for a while. Hopefully you found the series useful, and if you missed any of the previous posts, you can find them here (Day 1, Day 2, Day 3, Day 4, Day 5, and Non-Profit Day 1). We’re still working on rolling out some tweeks that will make navigating our posts about entry-level jobs a lot easier, so watch our blog in the next few days for more information on what changes we’ve made.

We spent all week (Day 1, Day 2, Day 3, Day 4, and Day 5) reviewing companies and their entry-level jobs, now it’s time to look at the non-profits that we’ve covered since we first started.

For some reason our daily e-mail didn’t get sent by Feedburner yesterday. We have absolutely no idea why, but we apologize. We hope they’ll include yesterday’s post in today’s e-mail.

This is it in terms of revisiting the for profit companies (here’s Day 1, Day 2, Day 3, and Day 4 in case you missed them). Tomorrow and Sunday we’ll be looking at the non-profit side of things. We’re still working on cleaning up all of our previous posts about entry-level jobs, but we should be done with that by Monday. We’re continuously surprised by the number of jobs that are still out there, so have at it!

We’re still working really hard on cleaning up our archives of entry-level jobs and revisiting employers. In case you missed Day 1, Day 2, and Day 3, there are still an amazing number of entry-level jobs out there. If you notice some new things around here, sit tight and we’ll explain when we’ve completed the changes. There won’t be anything earth shattering, but we’re doing our best to make sure that our old postings remain useful for college job searchers and that our new posts address some of the recommendations that you all have submitted.

We’re still finding tons of great entry-level jobs for those of you who are in the process of figuring out what you’re doing after graduation, but we’ve decided to take a slightly different approach to our postings for this week. Instead of telling you about one new company every day, we’re going to go back in our archives and revisit many of the companies that we’ve already featured. We’re going to tell you who is still hiring new grads, and who isn’t. We’re also going to clean up any broken links on old posts, and make some other improvements in the way our job archives are organized.
