These are websites that we, at One Day, One Job, think might be helpful to you in your career search. If you have any recommendations please send them to info@onedayonejob.com.
Indeed is far and away the best job search site. They index a ton of jobs and allow you to use a variety of filters to find what you’re looking for. It’s kind of like Google for jobs.
LinkedIn is a business networking site that allows you to make connections with friends, co-workers, and other colleagues. It will help you visualize your network and help you to extend connections that might help you land a job.
Rich Resume Service is just what it sounds like, a resume writing service by a guy named Rich. He’s actually a college friend of One Day, One Job Founder Willy Franzen. He majored in Industrial and Labor Relations at Cornell University, so he knows his stuff. Take a look at his site, and have him take the pain out of putting your resume together.
MyFirstPaycheck | Jobs for Teens is a job board for teens who are looking for their first job. When we talk about entry-level jobs on One Day, One Job, we usually mean your first job after graduating college. There is a whole world of jobs that are by definition entry-level, but aren’t the kind of jobs we’re talking about here, that’s what MyFirstPaycheck is for.
